1. Digital Goods & Services
- Design files, patterns, or in-app purchases: refundable only if not downloaded/used, or if defective/unusable on first access.
- AI credits: refundable if unused and within 14 days (where applicable).
2. Physical Products
- Return within 7–10 days in original condition/packaging.
- Custom/handcrafted items: exchange/repair if defective; otherwise non-refundable.
- Shipping fees non-refundable unless due to our error.
3. Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime; access continues through the billing period.
- Pro-rata refunds not guaranteed; subject to local law and app store terms.
4. Request Process
Email support@untitledneedleworks.com with order ID, reason, and photos (if defective). We respond within 3–5 business days.
